About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Broker & Channel Partner Development
Identify and approach stock brokers, sub-brokers, wealth managers, CAs and financial advisors.
Direct Customer Acquisition
Identify potential customers who may have unclaimed shares, dividends, physical share certificates or IEPF-related claims.
Sales & Lead Management
Regularly follow up with prospects and referral partners.
Update lead and customer information in CRM/management systems.
Coordinate with the operations team after customer onboarding.
Market Development
Identify new markets and potential customer segments.

Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid field sales and business development ability.
Relationship-building and networking skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.




Comfortable meeting customers and business partners personally.
