Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver training sessions for various levels of employees across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
Create and maintain a robust learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
