Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage production staff across shifts.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to operators and technicians.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and resource usage.
Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize operations.
Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
35 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
Robust knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
