Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor Safety Management System (SMS).
Ensure compliance with safety laws, ISO 45001, and company standards.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and corrective actions.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Organize safety audits, inspections, and statutory certifications.
Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and mock drills.
Drive contractor safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
Liaise with government authorities for statutory compliance.
Conduct safety committee meetings and review safety performance.
Promote safety culture through training, TBTs, campaigns, and awareness programs.

Required Skills
Industrial safety and EHS management.
Knowledge of Factories Act, PESO, Boiler Act, and statutory compliance.
Risk assessment and incident investigation.
ISO 45001 implementation and audit management.
Emergency response and contractor safety management.
Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
