Audit, Compliance & Controllership:
Satisfactory Audit score for the branch.
Banking Control and Reconciliation closure
Petty Cash management
Process billing for local vendors
Cover Note Management
AML guidelines are adhered to
All the compliance and audit registers are maintained as per process
Thirty Party cheque process to be followed as per SOP

Customer Centricity:
Effective resolution of customer queries received by the branch

Ease of doing business:
Own the branch Sales support and effective coordination with the central team. To be responsible for all the branch activities

Cross sell / Upsell - To take the initiative help to add the bottom line as well top line too through walk-in customer, known sources.
Renewal Management - Ensure the Ops code renewal retention
IMD / Sales team Training - Organize training on regular intervals for our process and system updates and UW guidelines
Initiatives closure - Need to identify the process / system improvement and deliver through the i Think platform till closure
Capacity Utilization - Effectively manage the ops resources and organize the load sharing management.
UAT Feedback - Timely deliver the UAT feedbacks.
