We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned BPO, outsourcing, and business services requirements.

The role will lead sourcing and recruitment activities, manage a team of recruiters, build sustainable talent pipelines, and work closely with

stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned BPO and business services roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Lead and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Develop and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements.
Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, offer acceptance, and recruitment delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable local labour requirements.




Prepare accurate and timely recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or business services.
Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Experience managing or supervising a recruitment team is required.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries or international markets is highly preferred.
Robust sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
