Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities.
Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor/vendor quotations.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare project cost reports and support value engineering.
Ensure project costs and work comply with specifications and contractual requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
58 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, fit-outs.
Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, estimation, and billing.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of CostX, Candy, or MS Project will be an advantage.
Solid communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior projects will be preferred.
