Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a quick-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to support and advise department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence.

What you'll be doing
Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
Steering retail payment products through the complex regulatory landscape
Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail payment offerings
Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
