SALES VALUE ACHIEVEMENT
Achieve Secondary Sales Volume targets for day/month
Coverage - OFO & Whole sales outlets
Make all the Brands and SKUs available at all outlets in his market.
Achieve PJP compliance minimum - 95%.
Ensure current beats are captured and covered in SFA.
Usage of SFA mandatory
Coach MIA/TMIA once in a week to push sales.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred someone with 4 to 10 years work experience from FMCG industry and local market experience of Sirsa is required
