Role & responsibilities
Nature of work :
Operating machinery and assembling plastic components.
Adhere to the company SOPs and processes to ensure quality and meet production targets.
Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanics and how to operate machinery.
Hand-Eye coordination: Precisely handling parts and tools for assembly.
Attention to detail: Identifying minor defects in plastic parts and assemblies.
Understanding of quality standards and compliance frameworks.
Understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
Learn and apply ISO, IATF, 3C&5S, and other compliance frameworks relevant to the organization.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean initiatives).
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPEs.
