Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects through calls, emails and client meetings.
Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular updates.
Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech/MBA will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Solid follow-up, presentation and client-handling skills.
Candidates with experience in Solar / Infrastructure / Manufacturing will be preferred.
