Job Summary :

We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle customer enquiries, feedback, service-related queries, and support requirements for Tylos Electric Scooters. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, resolving concerns, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer calls and enquiries related to Tylos electric scooters.
Assist customers with service, maintenance, warranty, and support-related queries.
Collect and record customer feedback and suggestions.
Coordinate customer complaints and service requests with the relevant teams.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Provide customers with updates regarding service status and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the management team.
