Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing of raw & related items from both oversea and Local vendors.
Responsibilities
Research Potential Vendors.
Preparation of Quote Comparison.
To frame the terms of strategic sourcing / Agreements and legal aspects.
To ensure 5R of purchase (5R-Right Price, Right Time, Right Quality, Right Place and Right Quantity).
To present cost reduction report.
Supplier Management (Complaints handling, Vendor monitoring)
Inventory Optimization-Delivery Management
Market Analysis-Regular review of basic raw materials (e.g. plastic, metal, wood and petrochemicals)
