Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – PSF & VSF

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion for PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) and VSF (Viscose Staple Fiber) products across the South Region .

This is an excellent chance for professionals with experience in fiber, textile, or raw-material sales who have a strong understanding of the textile and spinning industry.

Compensation: Up to ₹60,000 per month + Profit Percentage

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for developing recent customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying recent business opportunities for PSF & VSF products in the assigned South Region.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for PSF & VSF products in the assigned region.




Build and maintain strong relationships with spinning mills, textile manufacturers, and traders .
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals .
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities .
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide customers with product information, pricing, and technical support .
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
Maintain regular sales reports, client databases, and customer visit reports .
Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and trade visits .
Travel frequently within the assigned South Region to develop and manage business relationships.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field .
1–4 years of experienc
