Solid fundamentals in AMS (Analog Mixed-Signal) design flow
Familiarity with Serdes components – serializer / de-serializer circuits




Experience in generating design views using sign-off tools
Ability to debug and resolve performance simulation issues

Excellent communication skills with clarity in all interactions
Ability to prepare detailed Review PPTs, lead review meetings, and close action items
Ensure designs meet PPA (Performance, Power, Area) goals
Collaborate effectively with the layout team to address and fix layout issues
Capable of passing all QA checks as per client requirements
