We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient care across the hospital.
Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management, infection control, and safety regulations.
Plan manpower, prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, approve leave, and conduct staff performance appraisals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and support staff.
Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, consumables, equipment, and departmental records.
Coordinate purchase requisitions, supplier bill processing, equipment maintenance, and interdepartmental activities to ensure effective operations.
