Amber has built a robust data foundation and business intelligence capability. The next phase of growth requires transforming data from a reporting asset into a competitive advantage.
We are looking for a leader who can combine business acumen, analytics, AI, and data science to improve decision-making, unlock current growth prospects, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This role will work closely with the leadership team to build an AI-first decision intelligence function that powers every major business decision across growth, operations, supply, partnerships, product, and finance.
What You'll Own
Business & Growth Analytics
Own the analytics agenda across the business
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency
Drive deep analysis of student journeys, booking funnels, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue drivers
Partner with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and resource allocation decisions
Build frameworks for measuring business performance across countries, destinations, universities, and partner segments
AI & Decision Intelligence
Define and execute Amber's AI roadmap across analytics
Build AI-powered decision support systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks
Develop AI copilots and self-serve intelligence tools for business teams
