Job Description Treasury Specialist-Month end reporting

Position Overview

We are looking for a Treasury professional with hands-on experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash application activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily treasury activities and bank reconciliations
Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and daily cash positions.
Handle unidentified and unapplied cash and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Process and monitor bank transactions, fund transfers, and related accounting entries.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of treasury and cash transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience
25 years of relevant experience in Treasury, or related Finance & Accounting operations.
Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash management.
Understanding of Accounts Receivable and customer payments.
Experience handling unapplied/unidentified cash and payment allocation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period.
Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in both Treasury and Cash Applications will be preferred.
