Role & responsibilities
Resolving Complaints - Checking of complaints received and resolving them
Equipment Maintenance Checking the functionality of AV for all regular classes and meetings and Gas bank medical gas stocks and supply to internal departments
Submitting of daily OR reports
Ensure medical equipment is calibrated and maintained as per applicable standards.
Conduct performance and safety checks of biomedical equipment.
Participate in hospital quality initiatives, audits, safety programmes, and accreditation activities.
Support departmental projects related to biomedical equipment and technology.
