Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and integration requirements.
Design and architect integration solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of integration developers and engineers.
Develop and maintain integration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies and trends,



and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.

Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in integration development, with a solid focus on middleware technologies.
Proven experience leading integration projects from conception to delivery.
Solid understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (e.g., REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications in relevant integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) are a plus.
