Role & responsibilities
Verify insurance eligibility, advantages, and authorization requirements for scheduled services.
Submit and follow up on pre-authorization requests with insurance companies/TPAs.
Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect required clinical documentation.
Track authorization status and resolve pending, denied, or delayed requests.
Maintain accurate records and update authorization details in healthcare systems.
Ensure timely follow-ups while meeting productivity, quality, and compliance standards
Preferred candidate profile
1 to 4 years of experience into Pre-Authorization ,Calling,Follow-up,Initiation
