Job Description: Territory Sales Manager/ ASM

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence in the ENT surgical device segment (Coblation/RF plasma systems, microdebriders, and related consumables) across the assigned territory. This is a field-facing role involving direct engagement with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of ENT surgical devices and consumables (Coblator wands, RF plasma systems, microdebrider blades, etc.) within the assigned territory
Build and maintain solid relationships with ENT surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and biomedical departments
Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate healthcare chains
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to surgeons and OT staff
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory
Develop and manage relationships with local dealers/channel partners to expand market reach




Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights to reporting manager
Participate in hospital tenders (government and private), ensuring accurate technical and commercial documentation
Provide basic product training and post-sale support coordination with the service team

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical/Electronics preferred, or B.Sc/Diploma with relevant sales experience)
5 to 10 years of field sales experience, preferably in medical devices, surgical equipment, or related healthcare products
Existing network with ENT surgeons, hospitals, or dealers is a strong plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Two-wheeler/valid driving license preferred (for local travel)
