Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive business development and achieve sales targets for customers in Central India.
Manage key steel & industrial customers.
Provide technical solutions and support at site.
Lead trials, approvals, and performance discussions.
Build solid, long-term customer relationships.
Capture market dynamics and build strategies for business growth in existing and current areas.
Essentials:
5–10 years' experience in refractory sales / technical services
Background in Iron & Steel industry preferred (Steel Melting Shop exposure)
BE/Diploma (Ceramic / Metallurgical / Mechanical preferred)
Solid communication & customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel across assigned territory
