Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 68 years of experience in performance and load testing. The candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter and be capable of planning, executing, and analyzing performance tests for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
Analyze application performance, response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Prepare performance test scenarios, test plans, scripts, and execution reports.
Monitor and analyze server, database, and application performance during test execution.
Perform baseline, benchmark, and regression performance testing.




Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
Document test results, defects, findings, and performance recommendations.

Required Skills
6–8 years of experience in Performance Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter.
Positive understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and performance testing concepts.
Experience in analyzing performance metrics and identifying bottlenecks.
Positive knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
Experience with performance monitoring and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
