As a Design Lead you will have the prospect to be part of a team working on digital advertising for Prime Video’s original and exclusive content including Award-winning shows and movies.

Fo the Design Lead role, the candidate is required to demonstrate solid leadership in both creative and operational contexts, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results. They should be equally comfortable leading strategic initiatives and providing hands-on creative direction. As part of this role, you'll lead complex creative initiatives, develop cross-site design systems, and champion process improvements that scale our creative capabilities.



You'll be instrumental in establishing and maintaining design standards through comprehensive style guides and SOPs, while mentoring teams through 1:1 sessions and training programs. You will get an prospect to drive experimental creative projects and manage complex design initiatives from conception to delivery.
