Key Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Agile PLM
Lead and manage development teams
Make technical and team-level decisions
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
Establish and enforce development standards
Provide technical solutions across teams
Mentor junior team members
Ensure quality and consistency in software delivery.
Solid understanding of:
o Software architecture and design principles
o Scalable and maintainable application development
o Technical problem solving and issue resolution
o Version control and CI processes
o Team leadership and stakeholder management.
