Role & responsibilities
Ensure 100% fulfilment of manpower requirements across assigned branches within the targeted timeline.
Coordinate with State Heads, Area Managers, and Branch Managers to identify branch-wise vacancies and hiring requirements.
Prepare and maintain branch-wise manpower requirement and vacancy trackers.
Prioritize critical/P1 branches and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Develop sourcing strategies based on branch location, designation, and manpower requirement.
Conduct branch-level hiring drives and walk-in drives for faster manpower fulfilment.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with prior experience in NBFCs, preferably in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) product segments.
Experience in branch/field-level recruitment within the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in volume hiring and branch manpower fulfilment are preferred.
