Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer with solid experience in reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions.
Create business-friendly visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
Analyze data, perform validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities using SQL and Python.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs.




Support reporting modernization, automation, and migration initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and effective reporting outcomes.

Required Skills:
5–7 years of experience in BI, Reporting, Analytics, or MIS roles.
Solid SQL and Python skills.
Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau.
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
