Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Ourea is a full time, in office position based in Kochi. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms aligned with client and internal brand strategies. This role includes managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics,
and preparing regular reports. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to run campaigns, respond to audience interactions, and maintain consistent brand messaging. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to improve overall social media performance.
Qualifications
Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
Manage end-to-end execution of posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and platform activities.
Ensure timely publishing, brand consistency, accuracy, and adherence to approved schedules.
Create transparent briefs and coordinate effectively with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative teams.
Manage client communication, approvals, feedback, requirements, and campaign updates.
