Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services, aiming to create interest and generate leads.
Customer Service Support: Assist customers by addressing their queries and providing effective solutions to their concerns.
Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and manage customer information in our database to ensure effective follow-up and service delivery.
Follow Up on Leads: Reach out to prospective clients after initial contact to nurture relationships and encourage purchase decisions.
