Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: 1 - 2 years of NICU experience
Gender: Female candidates only

We Are Looking For
Candidates with hands-on experience in NICU care
Positive knowledge of neonatal patient monitoring and nursing procedures
Ability to handle critical newborn cases and emergencies
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to newborns in the NICU
Monitor vital signs and overall condition of babies
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
Operate and monitor NICU equipment
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation
Follow infection-control and safety protocols
Communicate with doctors and support parents regarding newborn care
