In this role, you will oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Create and refine architectural designs using both manual and digital methods to meet project requirements and aesthetic goals.
Project Management: Lead the project team, coordinating efforts across various disciplines to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback into the final designs.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and reports to support project execution and compliance with building codes.
Site Management: Oversee construction sites to ensure project progress aligns with architectural plans,



addressing any issues that arise during the build.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have robust proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. You should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. A solid understanding of building regulations and construction methods is essential.
