Key Responsibilities:

Manage Sales Team: Lead, inspire, and train the sales team to ensure they meet their goals and understand the products, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Achieve Sales Targets: Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed expectations.
Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients and industry professionals to enhance customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify new sales opportunities and improve existing product offerings,
