Key Responsibilities:
Bike Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on various bike components, including brakes, gears, and tires.
Assembly and Installation: Assemble new bikes and install accessories, ensuring everything functions correctly and meets safety standards.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and explain repair processes clearly.
Inventory Management: Keep track of bike parts and tools, ensuring the workshop is well-stocked and organized for efficient service.
