Content Creator - Student Success (Internship)

Location: Hyderabad (in office) •

Duration: 6 months, PPO on performance •

Stipend: 25,000/month fixed + 5,000 performance

A lot happens for our students every week - sessions, programs, coaching, placements, campaigns, and more. It's real and it works, but a lot of it doesn't reach students the way it should. We want to fix that by turning it into short, easy-to-consume content that reaches every student, wherever they are.

We're hiring one person to fix that: someone who can turn what's already happening into short, simple videos and posts that reach students directly - on our socials, on WhatsApp, or as a private YouTube link - for all students or for a specific cohort.

What you'll do
Create short-form videos and posts based on what's happening across Student Success.
Shoot and edit - on your own, start to finish. Talk to students, get good bites, cut it into something worth watching.
Design simple creatives - thumbnails, banners, WhatsApp cards, posters.
Write short,



punchy captions and hooks that make students stop and watch.
Make sure content actually reaches students - right group, right channel, right time.

What we need you to have
12 years of hands-on experience creating and editing content - for a brand, creator, agency, or college page. Strong fresh graduates with a real portfolio (your own Instagram/YouTube, or freelance work) are also welcome to apply.
You can shoot and edit on your own - phone is fine.
Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva or similar).
Telugu and English.
Comfortable talking to students and getting them to open up on camera.
You can write a valuable hook and a valuable caption.

What you get
25,000/month fixed, plus up to 5,000/month based on performance.
A 6-month internship with a clear path to full-time if you do well.
Equipment and tools provided.
Full ownership of content for a large, active student base from day one.
