We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive who will play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and will be based in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Financial Statements: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide accurate information for decision-making.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the cycle of payments and incoming funds, ensuring timely processing and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Reconcile Bank Statements: Regularly compare bank statements with records to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Assist with Audits: Support external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations, helping to ensure a smooth audit process.
Maintain Accurate Records:



Ensure that all financial records are well-organized and up to date to facilitate easy access and compliance with regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with a robust understanding of financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
