Role Purpose

Lead Production Planning & Control for electric commercial vehicle manufacturing,

End to End Planning & Scheduling of EV buses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer schedules, vehicle variants, capacity and material availability.
Plan and monitor production across various production lines which includes
Structure & Chassis
Paneling / Body Assembly
Trimming & Vehicle Assembly
Paint Shop
PDI – Pre-Delivery Inspection
Ensure synchronization between Production, SCM, Stores, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Dispatch.
Manage WIP, inventory and line-side material availability to avoid production stoppages.
Establish and monitor MIS.




Coordinate with Supply Chain & Procurement for critical parts and shortage management.
Support recent model introduction, variant planning, capacity expansion and process changes.

Candidate Profile
10–14 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning within Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, Bus or EV manufacturing.
Solid understanding of BOM, MRP, production scheduling, capacity planning, WIP and inventory control.
Experience working with SAP/ERP/MRP systems, Excel and production planning dashboards.
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from EV Commercial Vehicle, Bus, Truck, Automotive OEM or large vehicle manufacturing organizations with end-to-end production planning exposure will be preferred.
