Role & responsibilities
10+ years of MDM experience, with at least 4+ years specifically architecting Reltio solutions.
Deep expertise in Reltio core architecture: data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and workflow engine.
Robust experience designing integration architectures using REST APIs, RIH, Kafka, and middleware/ETL platforms.
Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and enterprise data strategy.
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers/consultants on Reltio best practices.
Robust knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native integration patterns.
Experience with scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, Python) for custom Reltio configurations.




Solid SQL and data modeling skills across relational and NoSQL systems.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Working knowledge of other MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM SAAS (Customer 360/MDM Hub), Stibo Systems STEP, Profisee, Semarchy - including data modeling, match/merge, and governance approaches across these tools.
Ability to compare and contrast MDM platform capabilities to advise on tool selection, migration feasibility, or coexistence strategies.
