We are looking for a motivated and skilled Tele Marketing Executive to join our team in Rajarhat Gopalpur. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce our products and services, engaging them in conversation to generate interest.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by speaking with potential clients and gathering information to pass on to the sales team.
Follow-Up Calls: Maintain contact with prospects and previous customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our database for future reference.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals through effective persuasion and customer engagement techniques.
Customer Feedback Collection: Gather insights and feedback from customers regarding our services, which can help improve our offerings.
Team Collaboration:



Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or related sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
Solid listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve goals.
Proficient in using computers and common office software for maintaining records.
