Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

Create designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, certificates, posters, and other promotional materials.

Edit images and basic videos as required.

Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and other office materials.

Maintain digital files and ensure proper data organization.

Coordinate with the HR, Marketing, and Operations teams for design and computer-related requirements.

Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned work.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or Illustrator.

Valuable typing, computer handling, and data-entry skills.

Creativity,



attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
