Identify suitable land parcels as per project requirements.

Conduct land due diligence, including verification of ownership, title documents, land records and related approvals.

Coordinate with landowners, local representatives, brokers and other stakeholders for land acquisition.

Handle government liaising with relevant departments and authorities for land-related matters, permissions and approvals.

Manage negotiations with landowners and facilitate agreements and documentation.

Coordinate with legal teams for title verification, agreements, registration and other legal documentation.

Resolve land-related issues, disputes and documentation gaps in coordination with the concerned teams.

Maintain complete records of land parcels, negotiations, agreements, approvals and acquisition status.





Coordinate with internal project, legal, finance and management teams to ensure timely completion of acquisition.

Monitor the progress of multiple land acquisition cases and provide regular status updates to management.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with government officials, local authorities, landowners and other stakeholders.
