Required Candidate Profile
Self-driven engineer who owns their work. Uses AI tools daily. Comfortable with ambiguity. Wants to build something real, not maintain legacy code. Speaks up when something's wrong. Grows rapid.
Solid experience with full-stack application development.
Hands-on experience with system design and system architecture*.
Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance systems*.
Ability to make and explain technical decisions around architecture, APIs, databases, scalability, performance, and reliability*.
Experience taking ownership of features/systems from design to development and deployment*.
Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions as systems grow in users, traffic, and data*.
Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications is a solid plus.
