As a Pharma Sales Manager, your role will focus on promoting and selling pharmaceutical products. You will work from our Vadodara office and collaborate closely with your team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans to reach current clients and grow existing accounts, focusing on maximizing revenue in the pharmaceutical sector.
Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists, to effectively present our products and understand their needs.
Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify recent opportunities for product promotion and sales enhancement.
Achieve Sales Targets: Actively work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals, ensuring that performance aligns with company objectives.
Provide Product Training: Offer training and support to your sales team to ensure they understand product features and benefits, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry will be beneficial.
