Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
Conduct experiments and tests to ensure product quality and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Develop and implement recent operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitor and report any issues or defects found during testing.
Maintain accurate records of test results and experiment data.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
Solid understanding of laboratory operations and instrumentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
