Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc/B.E.).
Proven experience in production management and supervision.
Robust knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with quality control measures and inventory management systems.
