As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in our coffee shop, serving delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Coffee and Beverages: You will make various coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes, ensuring quality and consistency in taste.
Customer Service: Engaging with customers, taking their orders accurately, and answering any questions they may have about the menu to create a welcoming environment.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the coffee shop, workstations, and equipment clean and organized. This includes regular cleaning and ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Inventory Management: Assisting in tracking inventory levels, including coffee beans, milk, and supplies, and informing management when stock needs to be replenished.
Cash Handling: Accurately processing customer payments and managing the cash register, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
