Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a US Engineering Recruiter to source and recruit qualified engineering professionals for US-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, quality, validation, automation, civil, and related engineering roles.
Screen candidates based on technical experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases for candidate sourcing.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.
Achieve daily submission, interview, and placement targets.

Requirements:
Experience in US engineering or technical recruitment.
Valuable understanding of engineering roles and technical terminology.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorizations.
Experience using LinkedIn and US job portals.
Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work during US business hours.
