Job Profile This is not a conventional accounting role.

The person will work directly with the promoter and will be responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate view of the family’s financial and tax position, proactively identifying tax implications, managing documentation and coordinating with external professional advisers.

The ideal candidate will combine strong direct-tax knowledge, investment/trading taxation, corporate taxation and working knowledge of GST/indirect taxes with excellent financial-control and organisational skills.

Internal Finance Control & MIS
Professional & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary internal point of contact for external CAs, tax advisers, auditors, banks,



brokers and other qualified advisers.
Ensure advisers receive complete, accurate and timely information.
Prepare the necessary data, schedules and documentation required for qualified review.
Discuss tax and accounting issues with external advisers and ensure that decisions are implemented internally.
Challenge and question external advisers where necessary and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

What We Are Looking For
Chartered Accountant
5–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Strong understanding of Indian direct taxation, including:
Business income
Capital gains
Equity and F&O; taxation
Advance tax
Tax audits
Assessments and tax notices
Good understanding of corporate income tax.
Working knowledge of GST and indirect taxes.
Experience with HNI/promoter taxation, investments or securities taxation would be a robust advantage.
Excellent Excel skills
