Expert level in Agentic Automation Engineering hands-on experience designing and implementing autonomous agent systems
Expert level in Agentic Workflows deep understanding of multi-step, goal-driven workflow orchestration
Expert level in Generative AI Application Development proven experience building production-grade Gen AI solutions (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio ability to create, configure, and extend Copilot agents for enterprise use cases
Expert level in Microsoft Power Apps — experience building and integrating Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise settings




Intermediate knowledge of Solution Architecture — ability to design coherent, scalable technical solutions and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Positive communication skills and ability to work in a distributed, international team

Nice to Have:
Experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, etc.)
Familiarity with Power Automate, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components
Background in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and sales process automation
Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
