Key Responsibilities
Manage the 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement and onboarding.
Source, screen, qualify, and engage healthcare specialists across the US market.
Recruit for clinical and allied healthcare positions, including RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, allied health, and other healthcare roles.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through job boards, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and submission processes.
Understand client requirements and match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Meet weekly recruitment and submission targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements




6+ months of US Healthcare Staffing/Recruitment experience is required.
Previous experience recruiting for US healthcare positions is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of clinical and allied healthcare staffing.
Valuable understanding of the US healthcare recruitment process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Night shift availability is required.
